TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BURCHETT QUALITY TOOL LTD

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order with Burchett Quality Tool LTD (Burchett Quality Tool LTD), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use this site or purchase products.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

All orders whether placed online, by purchase order, or otherwise are subject to review and acceptance by Burchett Quality Tool LTD. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, limit quantities, and refuse service to any customer. Orders are not considered final until reviewed and approved by Burchett Quality Tool LTD.

  1. Pricing and Quotes

Due to ongoing fluctuations in raw material and production costs all prices are subject to change without notice. Online pricing may not reflect current material costs. Orders may be requoted prior to processing. If a price adjustment is required you will be notified prior to processing your order. Burchett Quality Tool LTD is not responsible for pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or outdated listings.

  1. Payment Terms

Online Orders

Payment is collected at checkout via credit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment does not guarantee order acceptance or final pricing. Burchett Quality Tool LTD reserves the right to cancel and issue a refund prior to shipment.

Account Terms

Customers exceeding agreed NET terms may have their account placed on hold. Orders may be delayed or suspended until balances are paid in full.

  1. Shipping

Standard shipments are sent via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are subject to change. International shipping rates are estimates and may require additional charges. Burchett Quality Tool LTD will notify customers of any additional shipping costs prior to shipment.

  1. Lead Times

All lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Burchett Quality Tool LTD is not responsible for delays caused by material shortages, supplier delays, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

  1. Cancellations

Standard Products

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment at no charge.

Custom Modified or Special Tooling

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. All custom tooling is not able to be canceled and non refundable. A confirming purchase order is required before production.

  1. Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. A 20 percent restocking fee applies. The following items are not eligible for return: custom modified or special tools, and items not in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  1. Warranty

Burchett Quality Tool LTD warrants that products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to improper use or application, incorrect machine setup, alterations or modifications, or use outside recommended conditions. Burchett Quality Tool LTD does not guarantee performance for specific applications.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Burchett Quality Tool LTD shall not be liable for loss of production, downtime, lost profits, or indirect incidental or consequential damages. Liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of the product at Burchett Quality Tool LTD discretion.

  1. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications, drawings, and order details. Burchett Quality Tool LTD is not responsible for errors after order approval.

  1. Charge-backs and Payment Disputes

By placing an order you agree to contact Burchett Quality Tool LTD to resolve any issue before initiating a charge-back. Unauthorized charge-backs may result in account suspension, collection efforts, or legal action.

  1. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to all text, graphics, images, photographs, product designs, drawings, logos, trademarks, trade dress, videos, digital downloads, software, and compilation of data, is the exclusive property of Burchett Quality Tool LTD or its licensor and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
