Since 1985, Burchett Quality Tool has been more than a manufacturer. We’re a family-driven company built on quality, trust, precision, and long-term relationships. Having three generations who work side by side, we take pride not only in the tools we produce, but in the relationships we build with every customer we serve.

At Burchett Quality Tool we specialize in standard & high-performance carbide, HSS, and cobalt end mills, drills, custom cutting tools and more, designed to meet your every tooling need, even in the toughest applications. With over 40 years of experience in tool design and manufacturing, we’re here to help you get the job done right every time.

Our Story

Burchett Quality Tool was founded in the early 1980s by Stanley and Charlotte Burchett, beginning in their two-car garage with a simple but powerful vision: to provide high-quality custom tooling. The idea was sparked from Stan’s experience in the aerospace industry, where he recognized a growing need for precision, custom-built cutting tools.

From the very beginning, Stan believed in building more than just tools, he built relationships. He took great pride in knowing his customers and employees personally, and that commitment to people became a defining part of our company culture.

Their son, Darrell Burchett, was closely involved from the early days, developing a strong interest and lasting passion for the business while working alongside Stanley and Charlotte. In the early 2000s, Darrell and his wife, Lora Burchett, carried the business forward, working alongside his parents before taking over operations. Through the leadership of Darrell and Lora, along with the dedication of our outstanding management team and employees, the company continued to grow while remaining true to the core values on which it was built; quality, integrity, and personal connection.

Stanley Burchett passed away on September 19, 2022, leaving behind a legacy of Burchett Quality Tool LTD. While he is deeply missed, his passion for quality tooling, quick turnaround, his strong work ethic, and his dedication to personal relationships continue to guide the company every day.

Today, Burchett Quality Tool remains a family-owned and operated company led by Darrell and Lora Burchett, with Kristi and Kalie Burchett working alongside them as the third generation of the family involved in the business. Working side by side, the family continues to carry forward a legacy built on quality, trust, and lasting customer relationships. Through every season, we are thankful to God for His guidance, faithfulness, and blessings, and we strive to keep Him at the center of all that we do.

We offer true prototype and custom tooling capabilities, working closely with you from concept to completion. Our experienced design team and skilled machinists understand that time matters. Although lead times vary based on design requirements, we have the capability to deliver custom tooling in days, not weeks, when expedited service is needed.
