Payment Terms- Online Orders Only
All online orders must be paid in full with a credit card at the time of order. Burchett Quality Tool accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Credit Cards. Your billing address must match the EXACT billing address associated with your credit card or your transaction will be denied. For your protection, credit card information must be provided with each order. Burchett Quality Tool reserves the right to suspend shipments and decline orders to any and all customers. Payment Terms
If a customers exceeds their given NET payment terms their account with us is at risk of being placed on hold until all balance is paid. This may include all in house orders being held until payment has been received.
Invoices
Invoices will be sent to the Customer via fax, mail or email as requested by customer.
Shipping
All shipments ship UPS ground, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are subject to change. International shipments cannot be properly calculated within our websites automated shipment rate. Extra charges will apply for international shipping. Burchett Quality Tool LTD., will notifiy you to collect extra shipment costs.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars. All listings, pricing, availability and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. Quantity Discounts Available.
Cancellation
Orders for our standard catalog items can be canceled at no charge if the tools have not been shipped. Tools that have been made as a special or altered in any way can not be canceled.
Specials
Orders for special tools, non-catalog or modified tools, are accepted on a no cancellation basis, and tools are not returnable. Therefore, no credits and/or refunds will be issued. Cancellation of Custom Tooling is not permitted and Customers still assume the responsibility for payment of tools. A confirming purchase order is required before any work begins on special tools. Shop minimum of 6 pieces for all special tools.
Returned Goods
Returns are accepted within 30 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must be new, in original packaging and show no signs of wear, damage, abuse or alteration. Failure to meet these conditions may cause your request for return credit to be denied.
All refunds will be given in the originally made payment forms. No merchandise will be accepted for return which is made special or which has been held for over 30 days. We reserve the right to determine if the Buyer has abused the item in question. If it cannot be returned to stock, credit will not be given. All returns must be accompanied by original packing slip or invoice. The customer will be responsible for any applicable shipping charges. Orders returned due to customer error are subject to a restocking charge.
Warranty
Burchett Quality Tool does not give any warranty on its products except as follows:
Warrants to original equipment manufacturers, distributors and industrial and commercial users of its products that each new product manufactured or supplied by Burchett Quality Tool shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Burchett Quality Tool cannot be responsible for the performance of, or compliance of Specifications, nor can we accept, for return, any tool that has been altered in any way by our customers.
Products manufactured by Burchett Quality Tool are fully guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. If the product has been subjected to improper operating conditions, machine set-up, application of cutting fluids or user alterations, which in the opinion of Burchett Quality Tool would adversely affect the performance of the product, the warranty will not apply.
This includes surface treatments, coatings, flats, tangs, markings, or any geometry alterations.
Liability
In no manner, neither written nor implied, does Burchett Quality Tool accept liability for consequential or incidental damages to person or property resulting from the use or misuse of its products. Product failure occurring within the stipulations of the warranty policy will be dealt with explicitly under those particular guidelines.
